Pressex has a wide range of presses, from 12 to 250 tonnes including coil and strip feed. The facility is ideally suited for short to medium batch runs of complex shapes, product development or proving prototype tooling.

Supporting the production facility is a Tool Room for the manufacture and maintenance of tools. The Tool Room also compliments the pressing offering with a commercial machining capability.

A recent investment in a commercial welding line, including synergic MIG, has reinforced Pressex's offering. Pressex can now both press components, and then weld them into products or sub systems

Dedicated assembly and test lines can be set up to meet customer's specific requirements. Pressure testing of fabricated components can be arranged to suit customer's requirements.

Pressex offers tool storage and tool management programmes for many of its larger customers.
